This is not your typical training log or running journal. It's a reflection and appreciation tool. Your help in re-discovering (or preserving) the joy of running! 

If you've found yourself in a rut with running, dreading your workouts or thinking things like, "I can't wait for this race to be over so I don't have to train any more" -- this journal is for you. And if you LOVE running and can't wait to go out for a run? This journal is for you, too! 

The pages  are simple. Before you run, take a few moments to think: what are you grateful for today? Why do you run? And when you come back, take another few moments to think about all the GOOD things that happened on your run. What did you think about? Who did you run with? Any fun conversations?

Write those down and whenever you catch yourself dreading a run, look back on those pages. An ink-on-paper reminder that running is GOOD!
